This keto meatloaf recipe is a budget-friendly ground beef recipe that’s very moist and juicy, perfect for low-carb and gluten-free diets.
We like to serve ourLow Carb Meatloaf with Buttery Cauliflower Mash.
This recipe makes five servings of keto meatloaf. One serving is approximately 200g/8oz.

Low-Carb Keto Meatloaf Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of Beef Tallow
- 1 small Onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves of Garlic, crushed
- 2 pounds of Ground Beef
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoons of Oregano, dried
- 1 ½ teaspoons of Salt
- ¼ teaspoon of Pepper, ground
- 1/3 cup of Low Carb Marinara Sauce
- ⅓ cup of Almond Flour
- 2 tablespoons of Low Carb Marinara Sauce, extra

How to Make Keto Meatloaf
- Preheat your oven to 160C/320F and prepare a loaf tin by lining it with baking paper.
- Place a non-stick frying pan over high heat and saute the onion and garlic in the tallow until the onion is turning translucent. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Add the warm onion mixture and all remaining ingredients except the extra marinara sauce in a large mixing bowl.
- Using clean hands or disposable gloves, mix the ingredients well.
- Press into the base of your prepared loaf tin, ensuring no air bubbles, and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
- Drain off some juices and top the meatloaf with the extra marinara sauce.
- Bake for another 10 minutes.
- Leave to sit for 10 minutes to rest before slicing and serving.
Traditional meatloaf calls for a lot of high-carb ingredients. But when you make our keto meatloaf, everything is low-carb and keto-friendly.
